24 HOUR QUIET HOURS OH MY GOD I’M SO EXCITED.

since when do quiet hours actually get implemented? the last few years the dorms have had a “rave night” in one of the courtyards the night before finals started, then had some other music thing last year

and last night a bunch of people were just screaming at each other outside of my window last night.
